Up-and-coming British pop singer Ellie Goulding annuonced thursday she will embark on a brief headlining tour of the U.S starting next month.  Goulding released her first album, "Lights," last March, then reissued the set with six new tracks as "Bright Lights" in November.  Both releases charted well, reaching #1 in the U.K. and on Billboard's Heatseekers chart.  The U.S. tour will kick off July 23rd In Atlanta and wrap up August 11th in Los Angeles.  The trek does include a stop in Toronto, and festival appearances at Lollapalooza and Outside Lands.  Click Here for the dates.
