Annie Clark, the indie-rock singer / guitar player who performs under the name St. Vincent, announced Thursday that her third album, "Strange Mercy," will be in stores on September 13th.  The set was produced by John Congleton and includes the tracks "Surgeon," "Cruel," and "Cheerleader."
