Legendary Slayer bassist and frontman Tom Araya sat down for an interview with FaceCulture at the final show of the band's European Carnage tour on April 14th in Eindhoven, Holland. Watch the interview in four parts below.
The band's guitarist Jeff Hanneman, who had been forced to miss all of the band's gigs this year after undergoing surgery on his arm, made an un-announced appearance Saturday night at the Big Four concert in Indio, California. Hanneman joined his bandmates for a two-song encore of "Angel of Death" and "South of Heaven", after Exodus guitarist Gary Holt, who has filled in for Hanneman in his absence, handled the main set. Hanneman will reportedly return to the Salyer lineup full-time as sson as he is fully recovered. He was forced to undergo surgery to remove an infection from his right arm, believed to have been caused by a spider bite.
