According to a press release from Young Money Records president Mack Maine, rapper Lil' Wayne's much-anticipated new album, "Tha Carter IV" will hit stores on June 21st, instead of the previously-announced release date of May 16th.  "He's still perfecting a few things, he's a perfectionist ... changing a few lines," Mack explained.  In the meantime, check out the album's cover art, which was unveiled last week.
