Pop icons Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, the Black Eyed Peas, and Taio Cruz have been confirmed for the upcoming Billboard Music Awards ceremony, scheduled to take place in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand on May 22nd.  Billboard will fill out the rest of the lineup Wednesday at a press conference in the casino.  Tickets for the event, meanwhile, are already on sale starting at $57.75 from Ticketmaster.
