Pop sensation Adele has set another chart record in the UK, as her latest release "21" remains in the top spot on the chart for a tenth consecutive week, surpassing Madonna's "Immaculate Collection" for most consecutive weeks atop the chart by a female artist. Adele's previous release, "19", meanwhile, held its spot at No. 2 on the chart. "21" also gains the distinction of becoming the first album ever to sell at least 100,000 units in the UK in each of its first ten weeks after release, and has sold more than 1.75 million copies in that span.
