Rappers Sean Paul and Lupe Fiasco will headline UCLA's 25th Annual JazzReggae Festival in Los Angeles, according to a statement released Wednesday from the event's organizers.  The festival is scheduled to take place May 29th and 30th, and tickets go on sale Friday.  Organizers also said that additional acts will be announced over the next couple of weeks.
