World famous tenor Andrea Bocelli has announced a free concert featuring the Philharmonic Orchestra on Central Parl's Great Lawn in New York City.  The free show will take place September 15th and the footage will be used for an upcoming CD/DVD release entitled Andrea Bocelli Live in Central Park", scheduled for a November release.
