Rapper Juelz Santana was reportedly arrested on Wednesday and charged with four counts of drug and weapon charges. The arrest stemmed from a raid of the rapper's New Jersey studio on January 20th in which authorities found two loaded handguns and marijuana.
Upon executing a search warrant of the studio, police reportedly discovered two loaded 9MM caliber handguns were found along with several boxes of ammunition and seventeen bags of a "greenish brown vegetation" presumed to be marijuana, along with various pot parparaphernalia.
Suspected of being a member of the "Bloods" street gang, the rapper has been charged with Possession of a Firearm and a controlled Dangerous Substance; Possession of a Handgun Without Having a Permit; Possession With Intent To Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance; and Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 1000 Feet of a school zone.
