EMI Music Publishing announced on Monday it has agreed to a global co-publishing deal with British singer-songwriter PJ Harvey. The announcement comes just two wweks before the release of Harvey's eighth studio album, "Let England Shake.," which hits stores Valentine's Day, February 14th. Harvey and EMI have worked together before, from 1992 - 2001.
