Rising pop star Ke$ha, real name Kesha Sebert, has reportedly been sued by her former management team, DAS Communications, who filed the claim Tuesday in a Manhattan courtroom. The suit claims that Ke$ha signed an agreement to turn over 20 percent of her future earnings to the firm, and asks for $14 million in damages from the singer. The suit also claims that she was coaxed into cutting ties with them in 2008 by her producer, Dr. Luke, real name Lukasz Gottwald, and the company has filed a separate $12 million suit against him, as well. Ke$ha and her current representatives have filed a countersuit against DAS in California, though the details of that suit were not immediately available.
