Black Eyed Peas beauty Fergie has been confirmed as the co-host of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve," along with Ryan Seacrest.  Seacrest has hosted the event since Clark suffered a stroke in 2004 and 2011 will be Fergie's second year as co-host.  The show, which will be broadcast on ABC, is scheduled to span 3-and-a-half hours and will feature live performances from both Los Angeles and New York.  Confirmed artists for the event include Drake, Willow Smith, Avril Lavigne, Train, and others.
