A biography is reportedly in the works detailing the life and career of rapper Tupac Shakur.  The book will be written by Kevin Powell of Vibe magazine.  "He remains, all these years later, one of the most dynamic and complicated humans I've ever encountered. I will present Tupac as the very whole and multi-layered being he was, as I remember well his asking me, quite prophetically, to be Alex Haley to his Malcolm X," Powell said.  The book is scheduled to be published by Simon & Schuster and is tentatively scheduled to arrive in stores next fall.
