Rapper 50 Cent has been accused of stealing the idea for his new film, "Before I self-destruct," from Shadrach Winstead's book, "The Preacher's Son - But the Streets Turned Me Into a Gangster." The film, which the rapper will make his directorial debut as well as star in, is about a young basketball palyer growing up in the streets coming to grips with the fact that he'll never make it to the NBA when his mother is shot and killed as a result of gang violence. Winstead has filed a copyright infringement suit over the matter.
