Attorneys for pop superstar Britney Spears have asked a judge to move a hearing in the lawsuit filed against her by a former bodyguard from civil court to a probate court to prevent Spears' personal information from being made public. Fernando Flores, who served as Spears' bodyguard, filed a suit alleging sexual harrasement. Spears' lawyers are concerned that Flores would use the public setting of a civil case to extort a settlement out of the singer, and are also worried about her safety if personal information is made public.
