Taylor Swift's new album, "Speak Now," will debut atop the next Billboard 200 albums chart, having sold 1,047,000 copies, according to Nielsen Soundscan.  It's just the 16th album in the history of the chart to debut with over a million sales, and the biggest-selling first week for an album by a female country artist ever.
