The sixth annual "Vince Neil's Off the Strip Oker Tournament has been announced, and will kick off November 7th at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Entrants in the tournament will be playing for $50,000 in cash & prizes plus there's a seat at the 2011 World Series of Poker on the line.
