U2, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, AC/DC, Brad Paisley, Justin Bieber, and Bon Jovi are amon the artists named as finalists for the 2010 Billboard Touring Awards. The winners will be announced at a special ceremony taking place in New York City on November 4th. The awards are based on global box office numbers generated by ticket sales from concerts around the world. U2's 360 Tour, AC/DC's Black Ice tour, and Bon Jovi's The Circle tour are the finalists for both the Top Tour award, based on gross tour revenue, and the Top Draw award, which is based on ticket sales totals.
