Actress/singer Juliette Lewis was hospitalized briefly Wednesday night after her car was totaled by a hit-and-run driver in Burbank, California. Lewis was treated for minor bruises and released. At the time of the accident Lewis was coming from an event promoting her new movie, "Conviction".
