Country/pop superstar Taylor Swift has reportedly won a lawsuit against 16 individuals whom she claimed violated trademark laws by selling counterfeit merchandise with her name and image. Court records show that a deferal judge in a Nashville court granted Swift a default judgement against all 16, none of whom responded to the suit. The judgement barred the individuals from making or selling Taylor Swift merchandise permanently.
