In a much-hyped Monday night matchup, the Baltimore Ravens spoiled the New York Jets first ever game in the New Meadowlands Stadium by handing them a 10-9 loss. Baltimore's offseason acquisition, receiver Anquan Boldin, torched the Jets talented secondary for seven catches for 110 yards. The Jets offense was completely ineffective, gaining just 176 total yards and were just 1 for 11 on third down conversions.
