Kanye West posts new apology to Taylor Swift

After hijacking the stage at last year's MTV Video Music Awards during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech, rapper Kanye West again apologized to the country music superstar in a message posted on Twitter. West stormed onto the stage at the 2009 VMAs while Taylor was accepting an award to spout off about the greatness of Beyonce, Swift's biggest competitition for the award she had just won. Now Kanye has apparently written a song for Swift, which he says he will perform for her if she doesn't want it. The ceremony will air live on MTV on September 12th.
