A former employee of P Diddy's Bad Boy Records has sued the hip-hop mogul alleging she was fired because of her age. 51-year old Fransesca Spero claims she was let go in March after hip surgery after working for Diddy for the better part of the last two decades. A spokesman for Bad Boy said that Spero was let go for a number of reasons, her age not among them.
