Controversial rapper Kanye West will reportedly perform at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. West is known for his outburst at last year's ceremony when he interrupted Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech. This year's ceremony will take place September 12th and will air on MTV. West is currently promoting his as-yet-untitled fifth album, which is scheduled to be released in November.
