Former Fugee Wyclef Jean officially announced his candidacy for President of Haiti last week, and one would have hoped he could count on the support of fellow Fugee and Hatian expatriate Pras. But, over the weekend Pras announced he would support another candidate.  "I endorse Michel Martell as the next president of Haiti because he is the most competent candidate for the job," Pras said in a statement.
