Rapper Foxy Brown is once again in jail after allegedly violating an order of protection, stemming from an argument Foxy had with a neighbor. This latest arrest is related to the same neighbor whom Brown had an argument two years ago, resulting in her arrest for "cell phone assault".At this time, police have not released any details of the current arrest.
