World Cup organizers announced that Shakira will headline the closing ceremonies Sunday and perform the official tournament anthem, "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)." Organizers say that the show will be more high-tech than the opening ceremonies, with lighting  and special effects. The ceremony will kick off on Sunday, July 11th, 2 hours before the final match.
