According to a report from the BBC, legendary songwriter Paul McCartney has been commissioned to compose the music for a ballet, something the former Beatle has never done. In addition to McCartney's work in popular music through the Beatles, Wings, and his solo work; he has written a movie soundtrack, composed four separate classical releases, and even dabbled in electronica and remixing.
