Rapper Snoop Dogg will reportedly not be allowed to perform at a free concert in The Hague, Netherlands on June 27th. The city's mayor, prosecutors, and local police have asked organizers of Parkpop, the largest free live music festival in Europe, to find a replacement headliner for Snoop "in order to be able to guarantee the open and friendly character and free admission of Parkpop".
The rapper is also scheduled to perform at a sold-out concert at Melkweg in Amsterdam, where Snoop smoked several joints onstage during a 2008 performance and was even joined onstage by country legend and co-chairman of NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws), Willie Nelson.
