Rapper Yung Joc has inked a record deal with Polo Grounds, a division of RCA. At the moment Joc is in the studio working on a new album scheduled to hit stores later this year. The album is tentatively titled "Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood". The details of the record deal were not disclosed.
