For the most part, home values in Dallas Tx area, including Waxahachie, either stayed the same or fell in value for the second consecutive year.  Only twenty percent showed an increase in home value, sixty percent dropped and twenty percent remained the same.

If you thought the effect of foreclosure was gone, think again.  As we continue to clear out and repair the damage done, home prices will continue to be down on average.  Once these foreclosures subside and stop driving average prices down, home values will begin to rise.
