Just announced: Alice in Chains, Deftones and Mastodon will join forces and tour together this fall. The show will be produced by Live Nation and begins on September 16th. Tickets go on sale, for select areas, on May 15th. Fan club pre-sales begin May 10th. For a list of tour dates GO HERE. Rumors spread over the internet about the tour, once a collection of mysterious videos surfaced (view below). Founder, David Benveniste, of Velvet Hammer Music and Management Group, who rep ALICE IN CHAINS and DEFTONES said, "Rather than launch with a traditional tour announcement, we wanted to engage the fans first.......We gave them a cryptic clip featuring video snippets of each band and they lit up the Internet. Now there's an entire online community talking about the tour and speculating about the bands involved. It's thrilling to see them communicate and respond so positively to this exciting tour."
