There is no official decision from the NFL, however, sources are saying Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger will be suspended 4 to 6 games. The suspension will be a conditional one, based on his behavior and any information that surfaces.
The suspension comes after the quarterback was accused by a college student, saying Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her at a nightclub on March 5th.
In the girl's statement she claims that Roethlisberger bought her and her friends shots throughout the evening. Later, a bodyguard of his escorted the girl to a hallway and sat her down. That's when Ben walks in and exposes himself. She gets up and goes to the bathroom, Ben follows her in and is accused of raping her.
The girl's friends also say they were begging Ben's two bodyguards to let them check on her, stating they were worried because she was drunk. The bodyguards, also off-duty police officers, said they have no memory of meeting the girl and witnessed nothing criminal.
