Songwriter / music producer Rob Fusari has filed a $35 million lawsuit against pop superstar Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, alleging the singer wrongly terminated their relationship just as her career was getting ready to soar. Fusari says that he was integral in developing Gaga's persona, claiming her stage name as his brainchild and even claiming to have co-written several of her hits. The lawsuit claims that Fusari and Germanotta's relationship was romantic and has been a business partnership since May 2006, when they co-founded Team Love Child LLC to launch her music career. Fusari's share, according to the suit, was 20 percent. Fusari does have producing credit on Gaga's debut album "Fame", which has sold more than three million copies in a little over a year since it was released. The suit claims that the $611,000 he acknowledges receiving from Gaga falls far short of his share of Gaga's earnings.
