Rapper Lil' Wayne, who is currently serving a one year sentence in a New York City jail, may have more time to do after his current sentence, which could be reduced to as little as eight months with good behavior. A Yuma County, Arizona judge yesterday issued a bench warrant for the rapper, real name Dwayne Carter, after he failed to appear for a hearing for drug and weapons charges in Arizona. Authorities familiar with the case say that a trial occurring before Carter's current sentence is through is very unlikely, meaning that the rapper could be facing more jail time in Arizona after being released from the Riker's Island jail in the next 8-12 months.
