The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced Beyoncé as the biggest earner of gold and platinum certifications for the decade just passed. This accounts for sales of albums, videos, digital singles, and ringtones. Beyoncé  totalled 64 from 2000-2009, with the Eagles coming in second with 48, and the late Michael Jackson third with 44.
