Hip hop legend Apache passed away Friday after a lengthy illness. The rapper, born under the name Anthony Teaks, was an original member of Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit. He was perhaps besy known for his solo rap hit single, "Gangsta B**ch", which climbed as high as Number 11 on Billboard's rap singles chart. Apache's work also included collaborations with Naughty by Nature, Fat Joe, Tupac, and A Tribe Called Quest.
