According to reports, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is considering changing its charter that bands may only be inducted 25 years after their first album was released. They are considering going to a twenty year wait, instead. If the change were indeed made, bands like Guns N' Roses, Green Day, Public Enemy, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, and Kid Rock would be eligible.
