Amy Winehouse was arrested and charged with assault yesterday after an incident at a British theater. She was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on January 20th. The 26 year old Winehouse was acquitted earlier this year for allegedly assaulting a fan who was trying to get her picture taken with her.
