Promoters for the 2010 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival announced that the event will take place at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California from April 16th through the 18th. Though an official complete band lineup will be announced at a later date, it is believed that DEVO, Muse, Pavement, and Hot Chip will be among the 150+ acts performing. The 2009 Coachella festival drew attendance of 160,000 plus. Presale tickets went on sale yesterday, with a layaway plan available.
