Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood was arrested late Wednesday night on suspicion of assault in Surrey, England. Wood was questioned and then released on bail Thursday. Officials said that Wood was arrested for assault in connection with a domestic incident. A spokesman for Wood  released this statement: "I can confirm that there was an incident last night and that Ronnie Wood was arrested. He has since been released on police bail. We have no further statement to make at this time." Wood has been separated from his wife Jo since 2008 and their divorce became final last month on the ground that Wood had committed adultery.
