Local artist Renata Spiazzi is currently exhibiting her work the San Diego City Attorneys office and the Emerald Plaza Hotel. "The city attorney's office wanted me to create images that reflect San Diego, so I decided to put together six works of San Diego by using fractals, and the images came out so beautifully," she said. Born in Italy, Spiazzi has been a resident of La Jolla since 1958. A member in good standing with the San Diego Art Guild, Spiazzi often displays her creations throughout the San Diego area. She is currently in preparations for a solo May show at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.
