Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, Roy Williams, is not happy with how he and Tony Romo are working with each other. Roy has cost the Dallas Cowboys 2 first round draft picks and a $45 million contract extension and has done very little while in Dallas. Williams says that he and Romo are not on the same page when it comes to the routes.
Although the new star receiver for the Cowboys is Miles Austin, Williams insists that he is still the number one receiver. One analyst commented that Austin runs the routes that Romo likes, good clean routes and does not stray from the plan. Whereas Williams likes to be a bit more free form when it comes to his routes, straying from the original plan.
I never understood why Williams came to Dallas; he was already on the decline in Detroit and now he's proving to be a big waste of money and draft picks.
