Gold is still trading at a three week low today, due to rise in the US dollar.  Experts say that gold may continue its slide if the dollar continues to rally.

One analyst says, "We believe the precious metals complex is in the midst of a correction as some longs decide to take profits in the face of a U.S. dollar bounce."
