Lil' Wayne was in a New York City courtroom today for a hearing on DNA evidence being used against West in a 2007 charge of gun possession. If convicted, the 27 year old born Dwayne Carter faces a minimum of 3 and a half years in prison. The hearing is to establish whether a DNA profiling technique used in the case is admissable.
