Britney Spears released a new single entitled "3", from her upcoming greatest hits compilation, "The Singles Collection". The song began playing on radio yesterday. The album is scheduled for release on November 24th on Jive Records. There will be a CD version, with 17 hits and "3"; and a boxed set with all 29 of Spears' singles, a DVD with every one of her videos, and a booklet loaded with classic pics of the pop star.

Spears just completed the second US leg of her "Circus" tour Friday night in Las Vegas.
