KISS' new 3-disc set, "Sonic Boom" will be released October 6th, and will be available exlusively at Wal-Mart stores. The package includes the new album "Sonic Boom", "KISS Klassics(a greatest hits CD), and a live DVD recorded in Buenos Aires. For KISS fans the value can't be beat, as the package will sell for $12.

The self-proclaimed "hottest band in the land" is following the hottest trend in classic rock. The band does intend to tour extensively in support of the new album, though only two dates have been confirmed.
