Yep, it is true.  The famous "Brat Pack" flick starring Emilio Estevez, Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Ally Sheedy, Judd Nelson and Mare Winningham is going to become a TV show for ABC, minus the "brats".  "St. Elmo's Fire" will be a "contemporary take on the 1985 movie" by Joel Schumacher.
