Limp Bizkit's original lineup will hold their first US concert in eight years July 18 in Las Vegas at the Palms Casino & Resort. The show will be free and tickets will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis. The band had been scheduled to play at the Mandalay Bay Casino on July 10th as part of a UFC 100 MMA event, but the show was cancelled due to a disagreement over DVD rights and the venue.
The band is getting ready to record their first album with the original lineup since "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water" in 2000. The album will be a Flip/Interscope release, no other detals have been announced yet. The band has sold more than 33 million copies between its first three albums worldwide, 20 million in the US alone.
