Sources say that Mr. Penn is "taking an undetermined sabbatical...possibly as much as a year to focus on his family."  He will not do "Cartel" and the role will be recast.  He was to play Larry in "The Three Stooges" and at this time the studio is not sure whether it will recast the role or wait for Mr. Penn to return.
